BayouRat Rocketry Launches To 9,000' At Southern Thunder

Here is a on-board video from my last launch. The rocket was  5" in diameter and 12' tall. The motor was 3" x 28" and contained 7lbs. of APCP propellant. The rocket flew to 9,000' at just over Mach 1 and was successfully recovered.



BayouRat Aerospace and Rocketry will be attending AirFest in Argonia, KS Aug. 31, 2012 - Sept. 3, 2012. Were we will be attempting a flight to 30,000' and a second flight with speeds to over Mach 3. Come join us.
